As a pre-requisite to earning the distinguished Eagle Badge, Jacob Harvey of Scout Troop 1, Honesdale, PA, chose the task of compiling new information for a brochure on the half-mile Blue Heron Trail around Trout Lake at the Dorflinger-Suydam Wildlife Sanctuary in White Mills, PA.
